To organize and activate the Alumni Association of Tarlac Trade School (TTS), Tarlac School of Arts and Trade (TSAT), Tarlac College of Technology (TCT) and the Tarlac State University (TSU) as well as to install a system of coordination and cooperation between the Alumni Association and the Administration in promoting the welfare of the TSU community and perform other functions relative to alumni affairs.

1. To serve as the link between the alumni and the administration.

2. To encourage the maximum participation, involvement, support and commitment of the alumni to TSU.

3. To assist the TSU Alumni Association in identifying, cultivating and involving the alumni in the university and alumni programs, events and activities.

4. To represent TSU and the TSUAA in the programs, events and activities of the university and the alumni.
